Stateland Brown LLC is looking for a full-time Realtor to head up our Multi Family Division. We have an excellent reputation and proven track record. Our sales have exceeded $500,000,000 in the past few years.
The successful candidate will enjoy a great team atmosphere built upon competitive values, tools required to propel their career and support necessary to close deals. There will be a robust and knowledgeable staff at your disposal. The successful candidate will also receive a very competitive commission split.
To be considered for this position, you must present the following:
An active Florida Real Estate license; Willingness to work full-time and from our office; Two to five years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (EXPERIENCE IN Buying/Selling Apartment Buildings PREFERRED); Knowledge of Real Estate CRM’s; Demonstrated ability to work independently; Possess a strong work ethic and desire to be successful; Possess excellent communication skills; A Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred in Real Estate, Finance or Business).
